Mile 11 is the last of the four mile markers in Natick. This is generally a good place to watch the race as the runners are now more spread out so its easier for spectators to find the person they're rooting for as they pass by.

11-12 is the first real downhill mile since mile 4. After a 30 foot "bump" from 10.8 to 11.2, you will drop 50 feet from 11.2 to the 12 mile mark. Don't be surprised if this mile split is a little quicker.
